Registration Policies:

  1. All conference delegates must register and pay the appropriate registration fee. (This includes all ASME members, non-members, authors, panelists and program organizers.)
  2. To qualify for Member registration fees, you must be an ASME or Cooperating society member (View List). Please indicate your society affiliation & membership number in the space provided. On-site registrants must present an ASME/cooperating society membership card to qualify for a member rate.
  3. Attention Non-ASME members: Once you pay the Full Non-Member Conference fee you are eligible for free ASME Membership for one year. Please fill out a membership application at the ASME Membership table in the IPC registration area at the conference and be sure to indicate FREE MEMBERSHIP IPC on the application.
  4. Full registration fee includes 4 days of technical tracks, all panel sessions, 3 days admission to the Exposition and one ticket to each of the following events: Monday ASME Pipeline Systems Division/CEPA Ice Breaker Reception; Tuesday Spectra Energy Luncheon; Wednesday Enbridge Luncheon and International Pipeline Exposition Reception; Thursday TransCanada PipeLines luncheon and the Thursday JSW Steel (USA) "wild west" theme party; Friday PETROBRAS Luncheon; and one copy of the Proceedings CD-ROM. PLEASE NOTE: Tutorials are not included and must be paid for separately.
  5. One day registration fee includes technical tracks for a specified day only, the luncheon and panels being held on that day and admission to the Exposition. Event tickets, proceedings and tutorials may be purchased separately.
  6. Other Registration Categories’ fees only include 4 days of technical tracks and admission to the Exposition. Event tickets, proceedings, the panels, and tutorials may be purchased separately.

C. Tutorial Registration

Monday, September 29 Tutorials 08:30 to 16:30: A fee of $250.00 or Student Fee of $40.00 allows a tutorial registrant to attend either one full day tutorial or two half day tutorials.

Wednesday, October 1 Tutorials 13:30 to 16:30: A fee of $125.00 or Student Fee of $40.00 allows the tutorial registrant to attend one half day tutorial.

For both the Monday and Wednesday tutorials, the fee includes tutorial session(s) and printed material. The Monday session also includes a luncheon.

Please note that registration at IPC does not include registration for tutorial sessions on either Monday or Wednesday. IPC delegates have priority for tutorial registration but others are welcome to register for the Monday tutorials, if space is available.

Space is limited, therefore, pre-registration is required.
PLEASE NOTE: IPC 2008 reserves the right to cancel tutorials or change the date or time of the tutorial.
